Free Screening Policy
We require you to schedule an appointment for a free screening before joining the classes or starting sessions with our Pilate instructors. We can provide a good fit between your needs and goals only if you attend the screening. Besides discussing your needs and interests, we can address your concerns or answer your questions and conduct a brief assessment. You can try using the Pilate reformers and apparatus during the screening.
